We offer Grab Hire services across the North West, with the ability to accommodate projects nationwide upon request.

Pricing and availability are determined by your specific location and are zoned accordingly. Accurate quotes are provided when booking online or directly with our team over the phone.

Please note, a waiting time charge may apply if loading exceeds 15 minutes from the time of arrival.

Site Access Requirements for Grab Collections

• Materials must be positioned so the vehicle can pull up alongside—loading over the cab is not permitted.

• We do not collect over walls, fences, or other barriers.

• Please ensure all materials are placed at least 2 metres away from buildings, vehicles, or any items at risk of damage.

• Vehicles will not park on or across footpaths to access waste.

• The loading area must be free from any overhead obstructions such as cables or tree branches.

• The ground must be firm, level, and stable, with no surface obstructions like drainage covers, gas mains, or power lines.

Before Your Collection, We’ll Be in Touch To:

• Confirm the type of waste and understand how it was generated.

• Provide vehicle availability and an estimated collection date.

• Discuss the exact location of materials on-site to ensure they’re accessible.

• Go over our terms and conditions for a smooth and safe collection.

• Important Information Regarding Load Charges and Conditions

  • Green waste, grass, bitumen, and tarmac are not included in standard rates – additional charges may apply.

  • Wasted journeys may be charged at the full load rate, even if no waste is collected.

  • For bookings of more than 5 loads, testing may be required to ensure compliance.

  • All loads must be inspected on site for any signs of contamination, such as unusual odours or visible oil traces—please discuss any concerns with our team before booking.

  • Contaminated loads may be returned to site, and further charges may apply.

  • Each collection includes 15 minutes of loading time—additional waiting time charges may apply if this is exceeded.
